Based on the Insolvency Department and Related Matters Law of 2020 (Law 68 (I)\/2020), the responsibilities and operation of the Department were defined.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-17927791 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"17927791\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>According to the Insolvency Legal and Regulatory Framework, the following are achieved:<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a20e2ed elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a20e2ed\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>The effective management of the Bankruptcy and Liquidation estate,<\/li>\n<li>The culture of survival and second chances, as opposed to bankruptcy and liquidation,<\/li>\n<li>The rescue and restoration of business activity and the reconstruction and preservation of viable businesses, through the institutionalization of a corporate debt restructuring mechanism,<\/li>\n<li>The viability of natural and legal persons, through the provision of appropriate tools and a framework for restructuring their loans,<\/li>\n<li>The better treatment of
