Bankruptcy of Natural Persons

The Bankruptcy Law, Chapter 5

The legislation provides for the time and reasons for which the Court may declare the bankruptcy of a natural person, as well as the procedure followed by all parties involved from the act of bankruptcy until discharge. With the amendment of the legislation in 2015, all bankrupts are given a second chance to become financially active again, as they are automatically discharged from bankruptcy after three years from the date of the bankruptcy order.
