Issue of Non Bankruptcy Certificate
The certificate of Non Bankruptcy confirms that a person is not under bankruptcy procedure.
The certificate may be issued in Greek or English.
Certificates may be issued only for persons with a Cypriot ID.
For issuing a certificate, the following are required:
(1) cypriot ID number and
(2) the full name
of the person in whose name the certififcate will be printed.
The service will send the certificate via e-mail for printing, with an option to also receive it by post.
The cost of the service is 40 euro.
A Non Bankruptcy Certificate may be issued by any interested person.
Issue of Non Winding-Up Certificate
The certificate of Non Winding-Up confirms that a company is active and not under liquidation process.
The certificate may be issued in Greek or English.
For issuing the certificate, a company registration number is required, to which the Certificate will be issued.
The service will send the certificate via e-mail for printing, with an option to also receive it by post.
The cost of the service is 40 euro.
A Non Winding-Up Certificate may be issued by any interested person.
Certificates may be issued only for companies registered with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
Certificate Verification System
The service is used to verify the validity of non Bankruptcy and non Winding-Up Certificates which have been issued on-line.
For verifying a Certificate, the Reference Number printed on it is required.
The service is free.
